My brother fathered a little boy and he never was with the mother. But she knows the significance of the REAL father being active in his life. She dates and will never stop my brother from seeing his child, no matter if she's married or single or dating or whatever. It's so crutial for a baby to know their family, especially if the father WANTS to be a part of his life! That's so awesome nowadays that a dad wants to be part of his child's life. Your bf should understand that...and if not, he should at least try. I know it's hard to deal with eachother's pasts...but if you are to be together, you kinda have to. And if he cares so much for your son, he should get it that his biological father is just as important in his life as he is. I'm sorry things are so weird for you...I'm sure they will get better.
